Ingredients

Salt

1 lime, sliced into wedges

1 fresh squeezed lime per drink

Ice

Cold, Mexican beer (suggested: Sol, Dos Equis (XX), or Tecate)

Directions

Chill as many tall glasses as you will need. Put some salt into a shallow bowl. Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of the glasses. Take the glasses and put them upside down (rim down) into the salt and turn the glass so that the rim is well coated. Invert to right side up.

Squeeze one lime into each tall glass. Put some ice cubes over this. Pour a can of beer over the ice and lime. Add a wedge of lime to the glass for decoration. Serve.

Note: these measures are per drink. Also, the lighter the beer, the less lime you will need.
